Written to describe what this site actually does — nothing more. Last updated August 2026.
Short version: no ad trackers, no analytics scripts, nothing sold or
shared. The station keeps the minimum it needs to run a radio with accounts that are just a name and a password, and you can log out at any time.
What the station keeps
- Your account. A station account is a name you pick, a password (stored only as a
salted hash, never in plain text), your role, and a colour if a mod gave you one. Signing in
sets a browser cookie (
__Host-r2acct) that is HttpOnly; session tokens are stored
hashed on the server. Older sessions from the retired Twitch sign-in use __Host-r2sid
and expire after about 30 days on up to 3 devices.
- Names you claim or link. If you claim an old Twitch name with a code, the station keeps
that name and Twitch user id so your history follows you. If you link a Kick or YouTube account,
it keeps that platform’s account id and display name, so the person chatting there is you here.
- Listening connections. When a player or page connects for live updates, the relay
logs the connection: IP address plus coarse client info the page sends (screen size,
language, timezone, browser identifier). This feeds a small operator dashboard — a rolling
log of recent connections, not a permanent history.
- Your submissions. Uploaded audio/artwork and the details you type (title, artist,
lyrics, and so on) are stored for review. Rejected files are deleted from the relay;
approved files move into the station library and stay on air until removed.
- Your station activity. Toke'ns, song ratings, requests, game-show scores, and
sticker collections are recorded against your account name in the bot's database —
that's what makes them yours across chat and the website.
- Reports and messages. If you use the contact or report forms, the station keeps
what you wrote, the contact info you optionally give, and the sending IP (abuse triage).
If you're signed in when you send one, your account name rides along — that's how "remove my
content" requests get verified without a back-and-forth.
What stays on your device
Player volume, the jukebox playlist tray, and small UI preferences live in your browser's
local storage and are never sent anywhere.
Third parties
- YouTube and Kick. The live video is carried on those platforms, and their own terms and
privacy policies apply while you watch or chat there. If you link one of them here, the station
reads only your public account id and display name.
- Twitch. The station used to sign people in through Twitch chat. That is gone and nothing
is sent to Twitch anymore. Accounts that claimed a Twitch name still store that name and user id.
- Google Fonts. Pages load the Space Grotesk typeface from Google's servers, which
means Google sees the font request (including your IP) — the same as most of the web.
- That's it. No ad networks, no analytics services, no social pixels.
Your controls
- Log out (menu) ends this device's session; log out all devices ends every session.
!unlink in station chat revokes all your sessions from chat.
- Sessions also expire on their own after about 30 days.
- Want a submission, your activity, or anything else removed? Use the
report page or contact the operator —
takedown requests for your own content are honored.
