The service

R2 FM is a free, hobby-run community radio station attached to a Twitch stream. It's provided as-is, with no uptime promises — sometimes the bot sleeps, sometimes things break mid-song. The operator may change, pause, or shut down any part of it at any time.

Your music

• Only submit what's yours. You must own the rights to anything you upload, or have permission from everyone who does. The rights checkbox on the submit page is you promising exactly that.
• You keep ownership. Submitting transfers nothing. You grant R2 FM a non-exclusive license to store your track, broadcast it on the station and the associated live stream, and show its title, artist name, and artwork on station pages — for as long as it stays in the library.
• What "store" means. The station keeps a copy of the full track on its own servers (that is what the radio player streams) and a 30-second preview clip for the jukebox pages. Both are removed when the track is deleted.
• You can pull it, any time. From your artist tools (My Songs) you can disable a track, which stops it from being played or scheduled and marks it unavailable on the station, or delete it, which removes it from the library and from the station's copies. You can also ask via the report page.
• Review. Submissions from new artists are checked by a human before they air. Artists the station has come to trust can publish directly. Either way the operator may decline or remove any track for any reason — rights concerns, content, or just fit.

Music made with AI tools

A lot of what plays here was made with Suno and similar tools, and that is welcome. The same rule applies: only submit it if you are allowed to share it under that tool's terms, and say so in the "Made with" field when you upload. You are responsible for the rights in what you upload. The station claims nothing in your work beyond the license above.

Behavior

Don't upload unlawful content, don't try to break or overload the service, don't submit other people's work as your own, and don't use the forms to harass anyone. The operator may revoke access (including unlinking accounts and removing content) at their discretion.

Coins, stickers, and the game show

All station currencies and collectibles — coins, stickers, game-show scores, and anything similar — are play money. They have no cash value, can't be bought, sold, or redeemed, and may be adjusted, rebalanced, or reset as part of running the station.

Slots on the station use the same play money. Guests get a small daily freeplay wallet that resets each day; a guest who links a Twitch account can keep freeplay winnings once, up to a cap the station sets. Linked members may open a daily gift once per account per day. Amounts, caps and the daily gift can change or stop at any time, and big wins may be announced on the stream.

Liability

To the extent the law allows: the service is provided "as is," without warranties, and the operator isn't liable for damages arising from using it. Community submissions are the responsibility of the people who submit them.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the station evolves; the date above tells you when. Continued use after a change means you accept the new version.
